If you are coming from the Andheria Mor side:

You turn off from the Mehrauli-Gurgaon road, at Andheria Mor. This gets you on the Vasant Kunj Road. At the first cut you see, turn right (this will be about a mile down the road). This gets you into Vasant Kunj Sector A via the pocket C entrance. "Pocket C" is written quite prominently at the entrance. Just beyond the entrance is a road split into two levels. I suggest you take the upper road. At the end of the upper road, turn left. You will go up a slope past an encroaching Mandir. At the T junction, turn right. Continue another 20m or so. At the OPTOP/STD shop (which will be to your left) you can turn right into a car parking area. You should find enough room to park there, and you can then walk the 30m or so to the clinic at 1033, Sector A, Pocket B.

If you are coming from the Airport/Masudpur side, then:

Driving along the Vasant Kunj road, you go past the church (a landmark on the right side - easy to spot if you are looking for it). After that you go past an electricity substation (also a landmark on the right side). Go past two bus stops that are on the left, and then you turn left into the Sector A pocket B entrance. It will have a sign at the entrance, as well as security guards and speed breakers. Continue straight into the colony for about 200m. At the OPTOP/STD shop (which will be to your left) you can turn right into a car parking area. You should find enough room to park there, and you can then walk the 30m or so to the clinic at 1033, Sector A, Pocket B.
